It has been repeatedly said, both internally and externally, that a major strength of our residency is the level of camaraderie that exists among residents. A similar level of teamwork exists between residents and clinic personnel.
There are deep commitments not only to the mission of the residency, but also to each other. It is fully recognized that we must depend upon each other, in very significant ways, to meet the individual and group goals we hold as important.
