- Employers are interested in employees' lives. Employers realize that problems may disrupt the personal and work life of their employees.
- EAP functions like a lifeline by offering help to employees earlier than later, when problems can escalate.
- Services provided are confidential and are a benefit for employees and immediate family members.
- When a crisis occurs in the workplace or to an employee that impacts the workplace, EAP can provide Critical Incident Stress Management debriefing to the work environment.
- MercyWorks provides Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) services for employers who have drug and alcohol testing programs.
What
training is available for my business?
- Training is offered to employees on topics which are significant to them. These include balancing work and home, coping with change, being productive team members, and concerns of home and family life.
- Through MercyWorks "Teamworks" program, team building and conflict resolution processes are offered to employee teams to help improve performance. There is an additional fee.
